We first met about four months before I was able to get the house on the market. I was deep into renovating and fixing up the house in order to sell it. I needed market information. At a time when you had no obligation to me (prior to the listing) you were most kind to offer market advice as I prepared the house to sell. The advice was very helpful, accurate and beneficial. You were gracious enough to stop by many times and help with fixing-up decisions. The time finally arrived to put the house on the market. The photographs you took for the listing were the best I have seen from a real estate agent.
